Wensum Tailoring and its off-shore manufacturing partner, Corona Clothing based in Mauritius will both implement the XeBusiness specialist business management and management information system Xe-ERP2.

The twin systems covering the CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Purchasing, MRP and Distribution functions will be implemented at both sites and will be integrated via the Internet to provide full supply chain visibility and logistics management to reduce operating cost and continually improve customer service.

Commenting on the award of these twin implementation contracts to XeBusiness, Simon Glendenning, Wensum Tailoring Managing Director, said: "Following our purchase of the business in May this year, we required an IT system that was specialist to the industry, well established and supported and capable of being quickly customised to reflect the changing and growing needs of our business. Xe-ERP2 from XeBusiness fitted the bill."
